I am a 30 year old female who has been yo-yo dieting since I was 18. During my last 6 months of high school I went from 105 to 155 pounds because I was over consuming junk food and not doing enough or any exercise. I notice the difference all over my body and now feel great when I put on my swimsuit, which was the main reason for doing the program. I am excited about summer coming but most important I ready for summer. I look and feel great, plus I feel so good about myself.
